How can we help?
The things people ask us most, and how to reach a real person.
We pause an account when something about it needs a closer look. While it is paused, your event pages are hidden, new ticket sales stop, and you cannot withdraw. Your money stays safe in your account, and tickets people already bought still work — you can still check guests in at the door.
If you think we got it wrong, tell us. Open the Submit an appeal button in the email we sent you, or sign in and use the button in the red bar at the top of your dashboard. Both open the same form: you write a subject and what happened, and our team reads it.
Check the spam folder for an email from Tachpae first. Still nothing? Sign in and open My tickets — every ticket you have ever bought lives there with its QR code, even if the email went missing.
Money from a sale sits in your pending balance until the event settles, then moves to your available balance. From there you request a withdrawal to your bank from the Transactions page.
Refunds are handled by the person running the event, not by Tachpae. Use the Contact host button on the event page. If they do not reply, email us and we will step in.
Tell us. Email the link to the event and what looks wrong. We look at every report, and we do not tell the organizer who sent it.
Email us at [email protected]. If your message is about a suspended account, include the reference code from the email we sent you — it takes us straight to your case.
